Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relations between IFETOBI GROUP and its customers, both for the sale of products and for the provision of services. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
2. Products and Services
The products and services offered are those listed on the IFETOBI GROUP website. They are offered within the limits of available stocks and service capabilities. Photographs are not contractual.
3. Pricing
The prices appearing on the site are expressed in CFA Francs (XOF) including all taxes (TTC). IFETOBI GROUP reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
4. Orders
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of the right to avail oneself of one's own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon ordering. Payments will be made by credit card, mobile money or bank transfer via secure systems.
6. Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form. Delivery times are given for information only. In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
7. Withdrawal and Returns
Buyers benefit from a withdrawal period of seven (7) days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
8. Liability
The seller, in the online sales process, is bound only by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be incurred for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.
